I don't have the words to say how much this helped me out. Or at least encourages me. I have to help myself out. Out of these walls. Thank you for the encouragement to push. I'm gonna push and push even if it seems nothing is happening. How does the story go? If you push on a wall over and over and over, but it never moves, you still have gained muscle 💪
It often looks like nothing is happening, but then, at some point, there is suddenly a big change. Keep pushing and try different strategies to break through those walls because they are not immovable. And yes, the unexpected benefit is gaining muscles in the form of skills, resilience, confidence, and self reliance.
You're right, its not just about the bike. I’m a cyclist. I have…too many bikes but ride regularly. But me, I am a professional procrastinator. I have every reason you can think of to put it off until…another day. Long overdue renovations, replies to emails. We get used to the way it is after a while and becomes the norm. The unfinished wall, the bike is really just decor…really, it is.
I’m glad you got the bike in for repair. I was worried about it.
Thank you, Mike! The good thing is that you are aware of the unfinished wall, which is the first step in the process. I also knew what needed to be done. But actually doing the task requires us to take action.
Today, I received a letter from the tax office requesting a document from me, and I tackled it right away. It will be sent first thing on Monday.
The best way to deal with procrastination is not to let things pile up in the first place. Thank you for reading and for your kind words!

It isn't about the bike, its about our life.
Thanks again David.

Enjoy your weekend, Mike!
So enjoyed this and can so relate to!
And yes my bike is gathering dust and the other needs to be sold.
Let's see if this inspires me to get things done 🙏
Hey Phil,
Thank you for reading and for your kind words! Let's wipe the dust off your bike and take it for a ride. Let me know how it feels!
Enjoy your weekend, Phil!
