Thanks, David, for sharing your thoughts and experiences. In my 60s now, I’m always learning that personal growth is an ongoing journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-development. When used intentionally, I believe these tools help us to learn and understand more about ourselves, our past, our families, relationships and purpose —I hope I never stop discovering new things. I view self-improvement as essential maintenance—a few tweaks here and there when life calls for it. We all have different needs and priorities. No two individuals are exactly alike. That’s a good thing.
